Manisha Koirala who all but disappeared from the film circuit
 was some time back diagnosed with ovarian cancer.
 Post undergoing a successful surgery for the same,
 the actress is currently in the States where she is
 going through chemotherapy. But taking her vitalism
a step further, the actress has decided on writing her
 biography that will take readers through her ordeal
